7 Steps for Manifesting Anything
Updated: Apr 29, 2021
Manifestation is the result of deliberately creating what we want in reality by intending it. In other words, it’s bringing into physical reality something you’ve desired. I love the awe and wonder that comes with taking ownership of shaping the content and quality of our lives. The process always feels magical, not because it’s a miraculous occurrence, but because most of us don’t believe we have the ability to manifest what we want. Acknowledging that we have that much power over our own lives is a big deal.
Whether we know it or not, manifesting is our birthright. It’s an innate expression of being human and something we can’t turn off.
Every human being is CONSTANTLY using manifestation to create the world we live in. We are in a constant dynamic of imagining things and bringing them into form. If you pay attention, you’ll notice yourself doing this all day long. Often on a small scale and sometimes on a large scale. Every time you make a meal, write an email, have a conversation, start a project, want to increase your income, meet someone new, etc., you are creating.
7 Steps to creating ANYTHING:
1. You make a decision to acquire the experience or thing you want: “I want …..” or “I’m going to ….”
For example, I want a new car
2. Imagine it, envision it, look for things to inspire it.
I imagine how I feel in my new car, what it looks like. I look at pictures of cars. Maybe I create a vision board.
3. You determine the definition, direction, and purpose of what you want (ie: this thing, that is like this, for this reason)
I decide I want a new sports car, that is red & fast because I have a long drive to work and I want the drive to be fun, fast, and safe.
4. You gather the supplies (knowledge, tools, experiences, personal growth, materials, relationships, etc.) you need.
I research sports cars, pricing, places I can buy them, I work through my feelings of being a single mom and the conflict I feel about the sportiness of the car and driving my kids around. I realize I’ve got a limiting belief that says I can’t have a sport’s car and that I can’t spend that kind of money on myself. I address my worry about being judged.
5. Take action towards the goal/vision/desire
I go to the dealership and test drive cars. I get my finances figured out to pay for it. I talk to my friend who knows a lot about cars and ask her to come with me to look at them.
6. During this process you engage the intelligence of life, it guides and collaborates with you to create your definition, direction, and purpose.
As I take the steps to get my new car, I take note of the synchronicities, follow my intuition and do what my “gut feelings” suggest. Consequently, I find a great deal on the sports car I want most, which makes it fit into my budget!
7. Sooner or later, if you stay committed to and focused on your desired outcome, you have it in your life.
I drive home in my dream sports car and I am so happy!!
This is how we manifest anything, big or small. Unfortunately, most of the time we’re not even aware we’re doing it. We don’t acknowledge the act of power and alchemy we’re engaged in, and by thinking instead that life is simply happening to us by default, we dismiss our own ability to create. We can also end up feeling helpless to control the direction of our lives. The good news is, that’s the furthest thing from the truth. We are always engaging within ourselves and with the physical and energetic world around us. How we choose to do that dictates what and how things manifest for us.
There is an energetic process to manifesting. It can be helpful to understand what’s happening behind the scenes. Here is how it works:
Imagine that all around you and within you is a source from which all things manifest, and that you’re constantly communicating with it and shaping it. As you do this, you are engaging in a dynamic dance between your inner alchemy and the alchemy of life or the universe. You are co-creating with these forces.
Our inner alchemy is all the parts of us that make us who we are, the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of us. The outer alchemy is all the energies that make reality what it is.
Nature Intelligence is innately part of all this. Nature intelligence is present in anything and everything that is a form. By form, I am mean anything that has a structure, that can be a chair or a thought. It can be something in your imagination or something you can touch. (Can you think of anything that isn’t a form?)
We constantly influence and are influenced by our dynamic with Nature Intelligence. Sometimes it’s conscious and others it’s completely unconscious. Not knowing how to deliberately manifest makes us feel helpless and keeps us recreating the same negative patterns over and over again. Our inner conflicts, trauma, and lack of awareness are the most common blocks to manifestation. This is why & how manifesting is intrinsically tied to personal growth. They directly affect each other. Working consciously with Nature Intelligence is a huge source of support with these challenges. I’ll share more about this in another post.
It’s life-changing to work with Nature Intelligence to consciously manifest what you want. You have the option to actively partner with it, consciously communicate with it, and use energy processes to co-create with it. The goal is to become more aware and deliberate in your relationship with Nature Intelligence so you can better direct the outcomes you desire most and benefit from Nature Intelligence’s innate ability to create and maintain balance. This is a whole of bodywork called Co-Creative Science.
I love empowering others to take what they seek and shape it into reality. The first step in the process is to acknowledge that Nature Intelligence is real and take ownership of your ability to manifest. That itself is a powerful act. It’s exciting!
How would you change your life as the creator of your experience? That question is where it all starts.
